Baby Growth Chart


Baby is a wonderful gift that needs your care. Keep an eye on their growth is your job as a parent. Of course, on this you need to make record as well. If you don’t like the idea of write it on paper where you need to do all the calculating and draw the chart yourself, Baby Growth Chart template will be your alternative. By utilizing the function of Microsoft Excel, a template that can make a chart of your baby which only needs few data input. Once it is inputted, let the template do the rest for calculating and making the chart.

What Included in the Template
Since we are going to use this template to make the baby growth chart, of course there we have cells to put the baby’s personal information. There included, the name of the baby, the birth date, weight and height at birth. Of course the table to input the growth of your baby you just measured is also there. Input the data and you can see the chart in the other two worksheets, separated for height chart and weight chart.

How to Use
1. Input the baby personal information in each cell
2. Input the date of the measurement in the date column. The age of your baby in day and month will be calculated automatically and putted in the next columns.
3. Enter the measurement result of weight and height in each column for it. The template will then calculate the percentile from it.
4. Check for the growth chart in the next worksheets. It has been done automatically by the template, so you can just sit back and evaluate the result.
5. Converter boxes are available at the top right off the templates. Use it if you need to convert pound to kg or inch to cm.
6. Also, there is also height and weight reference box that can be used to get reference on the baby’s height and weight at specific date.
