Using the Microsoft excel weekly meal planner is rather easy and simple. First, you need to type down the starting week of your diet in the E3 column. Next, you will see the seven days of the weeks with its complete meal time. Fill in the meal that you are planned within the breakfast, lunch, and dinner columns. If you have additional info about the calories and fat grams on that meal, you can add them just below the columns. In the end, you can sum up the weekly total of calories and fat on the M25 and M26 column.
